Phōs: φως in ancient Greek, literally meaning 'light'.
Phōs Review is an online magazine dedicated to the publishing of articles related to photography and cinematography. Through its interviews and reviews, Phōs establishes a portrait of the contemporary photography scene, wherever our travels and encounters bring us.
Born and raised in Brussels, I have lived variously in northern Italy, Beijing and France. Photography has long been for me a universal language, providing me with a tool to question my surroundings, its beauty as well as its ugliness and paradoxes.
A Sydney native and local. I have had an interest in photography since I was given a film SLR by my grandfather as a child. Still shooting film, and sometimes digital; my interests in photography, cinema and art have only grown.
